02 What data we collect
This page has no forms, uses no analytics or profiling systems and embeds no third-party content. Only two kinds of data are therefore processed.
Browsing data
The systems that run the site record, in normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols: IP address, browser type and operating system, date and time of the request, address of the page requested, outcome of the request. This data is not used to identify users, nor cross-referenced with other information.
Data you give us
If you write to the email address shown on the page or call us, we will process the data you choose to give us (name, contact details, content of the message) in order to answer your request.

04 Who the data may be disclosed to
- COMMOEDIA Srl, Via Mori, 6 · 40054 Budrio (BO), which hosts the site on its own infrastructure and keeps its technical logs, as a processor appointed by the controller under art. 28 GDPR.
Messages sent to the address published on the product page reach the controller directly. The data is not disseminated and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
05 Cookies and similar technologies
This page sets no cookies and uses no other identifiers for analytics or profiling. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, map or web font called from an external server: every resource (fonts, libraries, three-dimensional models) is served from this same domain, so a visit involves no communication of data to third parties.
The only thing that may be saved in your browser is your choice of preferences, if you make one, kept in localStorage and readable only by this site. It is a strictly necessary technique: it spares you the same question on every visit and requires no consent.
If analytics tools or third-party services are switched on in future, a choice banner will appear and this page will be updated: those tools will stay inactive until you have given consent.
06 Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests go to the controller’s contact details in point 01; we will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garanteprivacy.it), or bring the matter before the courts.

This notice may be updated; the version in force is always the one published at this address, with the update date at the top of the page.
